CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Cancellations are not being considered valid after 24hours since the purchase has been made.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

***On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.***
Any products sent back without our prior approval will not be refunded.

Terms for changing shipping information

By placing an order, you agree that in case your shipping information needs an update or you wish to cancel your order, you have a right to do so in the first 24 hours after placing an order. If 24 hours have passed, and our team has sent your order into fulfillment facility, any new change requests will not be fulfilled. When the order is in "in process", no refunds will be made on the basis of wrong shipping information.
